1. Booking & Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received. All bookings are subject to availability.

2. Payment Policy

An advance payment is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance must be cleared before or on the event date unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Advance payments are generally non-refundable due to planning, material procurement, and resource allocation.

4. Changes to Event

Any changes to the venue, schedule, guest count, decoration theme, or services should be communicated in advance. Additional charges may apply for last-minute changes.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate event details, obtaining necessary permissions, and ensuring timely venue access and essential utilities.

6. Equipment & Decorations

All decoration materials, lighting, furniture, and rental equipment remain the property of SSEventerz. Any loss or damage caused during the event may be chargeable.

7. Delays & Force Majeure

SSEventerz is not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, traffic, government restrictions, power failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

8. Photography & Marketing

Unless requested otherwise in writing, we may use photographs or videos of completed event setups for our portfolio, website, and social media promotions.

9. Liability

While we strive to deliver every event flawlessly, SSEventerz shall not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
